Start frying up the mince and boiling the rice.
Add a large teaspoon of tomato puree to the mince and stir in.
Then add a teaspoon of coriander and cayenne chilli pepper. (alternate portions to your own taste)
When served, mix up the mince with the rice and enjoy. Simple and tasty. :)
