preheat oven to 200f/gas mark 6
Fry the onion in the oil until soft. Put into oven dish with the corned beef, spaghetti hoops, soy sauce and chopped tomatoes.
Mix until well combined.
Crush the crisps into a bowl, stir in the cheese and sprinkle evenly over the corned beef mix.
Cook, uncovered, for 25-30 mins until the cheese topping is golden brown and bubbling.
Serve with jacket potatoes and veg of your choice.
All the ingrediants are available in supermarket's value ranges, making this a cheap and cheerful meal for four, or two if you use small tins.
