1. Preheat the oven to 170
2. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together
3. Press into a loaf tin
4. Bake in the oven for about an hour
Indulge in this delicious, meaty dish with a rich tomato and butter bean sauce.
Prep: 5-10 minutes (longer if you need to thaw your meat)
