Layered Chilli And Corn Tortillas

A bit like spicy lasagne



  • A pack of corn tortillas
  • chilli con carne
  • grated cheese
  • soured cream


In an oven proof dish, put some chilli con carne in the bottom, add a tortilla then layer with more chilli. Repeat and end with chilli. Cover the chilli with grated cheese. Pop in the oven at 180 for about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with soured cream or creme fraiche

makes a nice change to rice.
