First boil beef ,garlic, ginger, red chili and salt in a bowl when the water is all dried up add 2 big tbsp soya sauce in it and put it in the fridge for almost two hours.Then take tooth picks put the potatoes and beef on the sticks. One by one dip them in the mixture made by mixing egg, flour, corn flour ,black pepper and salt. Then fry them until light brown . Serve hot with fresh tomato ketchup if needed.
