Quick Spagetti Bolognase

From scratch



  • Mince
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Can tomato's
  • Herbs
  • Tomato purree
  • Beef stock (1/2 pint)
  • Pasta


Fry mince then take out and leave to one side. Cut up and fry onions and mushrooms then add mince back in.

Add beef stock and allow to simmer. Finally add tomato purree and can tomatos. Leave to cook for 20 mins. Serve with pasta.
