Shep Surprize

a twist on lasange



  • beef lean mince
  • 1 table spoon of tomato puree
  • 1 onion-chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves-finely chopped
  • any kind of past (apart from spagetti)
  • a seriously large amount of any desired grated cheese


cook the mince in a frypan untill its cooked through.

add the onion and garlic and stir well,

place into a big enuff bowl and mix in the tomatoe puree.

cook the pasta, then mix in with the mince.

now get a oven dish and place a layer of pasta then a layer of cheese, repeat untill uve used it all.

IMPORTANT - make sure you cover the dish with foil, then place in the oven for 20-30 mins. if you dont cover it proply it will turn out really dry, instead of the cheese melting proply.
