Fry onions and garlic for a few minutes.
add the carrots.
add the meat
add the seasoning
fry until the meat is brown.
add the remaining chopped vegetables - fry for a few minutes until covered in seasoning.
finally add the chopped tomatoes and puree and add 1-2 cups of water and simmer for 20-30 minutes if using mince or 1 to 2 hours if using stewing steak until meat is soft.
