These cupcakes are really nice to make and fun decorate

Ingredients

  • 30g of Self-raising flour
  • 30g of butter
  • 30g of sugar
  • 1-2 eggs (add one and if the mix is still dry add another egg<3)
  • cupcake cases
  • food colouring (optional)
  • cocktail stick

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour in a bowl with the egg(s)

  2. until smooth then add sugar and butter

  3. add a few drops of food colouring (still optional)

  4. then if your cup cake case’s are thin double them up

  5. then cook until golden and pop a cocktail stick in it remove if it comes out

  6. clean it is cooked

  7. AND I WAS SIX WHEN I DECORATED THE ONES IN THE PHOTO 🙂 !!! <3 have fun
