Step 1: In a saucepan, add pasta and milk. (Make sure the saucepan is larger then what is required to prevent the milk spilling over!)
Step 3: Bring to simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, until pasta is soft, stirring frequently. Be sure milk does not boil.
Step 6: Add cheese & salt.
Step 8: Stir in the mustard a little at a time to taste.
Step 9: Cover and let stand for about 5 minutes, then stir again and serve.
Step 10: Add a tablespoon or more milk to your desired creaminess
Step 14: Oven Finish (Optional) Not necessary if you want to be quick!
Step 15: Place in a baking dish and top with a generous sprinkling of cheese.
Step 16: Bake at 200degC degrees for approximately 10
Step 17: minutes until cheese has melted.
Step 19: If you have got some bacon, then cook the bacon as you do normally and chop it in pieces and add will the cheddar cheese. NICE!!
