Step 1:In a saucepan, add pasta and milk. (Make sure the saucepan is larger than what is required to prevent the milk spilling over!)
Step 2:Bring to simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, until pasta is soft, stirring frequently. Be sure milk does not boil.
Step 4:Add cheese & salt.
Step 6:Stir in the mustard a little at a time to taste.
Step 7:Cover and let stand for about 5 minutes, then stir again and serve.
Step 8:Add a tablespoon or more milk to your desired creaminess
Step 11:Oven Finish (Optional) Not necessary if you want to be quick!
Step 12:Place in a baking dish and top with a generous sprinkling of cheese.
Step 13:Bake at 200degC degrees for approximately 10
Step 14:minutes until cheese has melted.
Step 15:If you have got some bacon, then cook the bacon as you do normally and chop it in pieces and add will the cheddar cheese. NICE!!
