Step 1:
In a saucepan, add pasta and milk. (Make sure the saucepan is larger than what is required to prevent the milk spilling over!)Step 2:
Bring to simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, until pasta is soft, stirring frequently. Be sure milk does not boil.Step 4:
Add cheese & salt. Step 6:
Stir in the mustard a little at a time to taste. Step 7:
Cover and let stand for about 5 minutes, then stir again and serve. Step 8:

Place in a baking dish and top with a generous sprinkling of cheese. Step 13:

If you have got some bacon, then cook the bacon as you do normally and chop it in pieces and add will the cheddar cheese. NICE!!
