best mice lamb pasta

Ingredients
- 2 handfulls of mine lamb
- tagletele pasta ( fresh is always best)
- 12 mushrooms
- 1 large green peper
- 1 large red onion
- 1 large carrot
- 1/2 a cup of sweet corn
- 3 tomatos
- 2 tins of chopped tomatos
- 5 bulbs of garlic
- salt and pepepr
- extra virgin olive oil
- sweet fresh basil
Instructions
1 cooks mince in large pot with olive oil until half cooked
2 cut onion and add to mice (same pan) stir allot
3 cut green pepper and add garlic and the mushrooms (chop mushrooms)
Drain pasta and serve with lamb and vegetables
