best mice lamb pasta

Ingredients

• 2 handfulls of mine lamb
• tagletele pasta ( fresh is always best)
• 12 mushrooms
• 1 large green peper
• 1 large red onion
• 1 large carrot
• 1/2 a cup of sweet corn
• 3 tomatos
• 2 tins of chopped tomatos
• 5 bulbs of garlic
• salt and pepepr
• extra virgin olive oil
• sweet fresh basil

Instructions

STEP 1:

1 cooks mince in large pot with olive oil until half cooked

STEP 2:

2 cut onion and add to mice (same pan) stir allot

STEP 3:

3 cut green pepper and add garlic and the mushrooms (chop mushrooms)

Drain pasta and serve with lamb and vegetables
