Biscuit Dessert

A cheap, sort of cheating dessert.

Ingredients

  • 10 plain Digestive biscuits
  • 6 – 8 squares (Cadbury’s sized squares) of milk chocolate
  • 1 chocolate chip biscuit

Instructions

  1. Mash up the digestive biscuits into crumbs.

  2. Place the squares into a bowl.

  3. Boil a kettle of water.

  4. Pour the boiled water into a bigger bowl.

  5. Place the bowl of chocolate into the bowl of water.

  6. Stir the chocolate until melted.

  7. Mix the melted chocolate and the biscuit crumbs.

  8. Place in the freezer for 5 – 10 minutes until mostly solidified.

  9. Crumble the chocolate chip biscuit on top.

  10. Place in the fridge until 10 – 20 minutes before serving: 10 – 20 minutes before serving, remove and place to soften.

  11. Serving tip: Use a serving spoon to scoop it out: it can be hard!
