Instructions

Step 1:

  • Mash up the digestive biscuits into crumbs.
  • Step 2:

  • Place the squares into a bowl.
  • Step 3:

  • Boil a kettle of water.
  • Step 4:

  • Pour the boiled water into a bigger bowl.
  • Step 5:

  • Place the bowl of chocolate into the bowl of water.
  • Step 6:

  • Stir the chocolate until melted.
  • Step 7:

  • Mix the melted chocolate and the biscuit crumbs.
  • Step 8:

  • Place in the freezer for 5 – 10 minutes until mostly solidified.
  • Step 9:

  • Crumble the chocolate chip biscuit on top.
  • Step 10:

  • Place in the fridge until 10 – 20 minutes before serving: 10 – 20 minutes before serving, remove and place to soften.
  • Step 11:

  • Serving tip: Use a serving spoon to scoop it out: it can be hard!
