Step 1:

  • Chop 2 medium onions and three cloves of garlic
  • Step 2:

  • Sautee in olive oil with chopped parsley mixed herb salt and black pepper
  • Step 3:

  • Add 200g chopped panchetta and 500g lean steak mince, brown well
  • Step 4:

  • add 1 desert spoon of conc. tomato puree then add in 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
  • Step 5:

  • then crumble 3 beef oxo cubes into half a cup of warm water and add
  • Step 6:

  • add half a tea spoon of sugar and 3 bay leaves
  • Step 7:

  • simmer for at least 1 hour
