Bombay Potatoes

Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Jar of Pataks Curry Paste (any flavour but i like tikka)
- Oil
- 1 Onion
Instructions
1. Peel and chop potatoes into bitesize chunks
2. Boil potatoes for 10 – 15 minutes until almost done
3. Whilst potatoes are boiling slice an onion into 1/2 circles
4. Add oil to a frying pan (nonstick is easier), fry onions on low heat until potatoes are done
5. Add about a tablespoon of pataks per person (depending how spicy you like it), fry with the onions for a couple of minutes then add the drained potatoes and fry for about 15-20 minutes until most are crispy on the outside
