  • 1. Peel and chop potatoes into bitesize chunks

  • 2. Boil potatoes for 10 – 15 minutes until almost done

  • 3. Whilst potatoes are boiling slice an onion into 1/2 circles

  • 4. Add oil to a frying pan (nonstick is easier), fry onions on low heat until potatoes are done

  • 5. Add about a tablespoon of pataks per person (depending how spicy you like it), fry with the onions for a couple of minutes then add the drained potatoes and fry for about 15-20 minutes until most are crispy on the outside
