Place bread slices on a chopping board, and spread a good amount

of butter and pizza sauce on all slices.

Chop the vegetables into very small pieces, add paneer or mushroom if you like, spread the vegetables on all bread slices & top with a generous amount of grated cheese.
Step 5:
Add the pizza bread to the oven

Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes, untill they turned brown & cheese starts melting.
