Breakfast Burrito bacon n egg

low fat version of the US brekkie burrito!

Ingredients

  • 2 rashers of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of milk
  • 1 tortilla wrap

Instructions

  1. grill off the bacon rashers

  2. crack 2 eggs into a microavable container and add a dash of milk.

  3. put into the microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing each time, until u have scrambled egg 🙂

  4. wrap the bacon and egg in your tortilla folding in all ends so nothing can escape, put on the george foreman until its crispy like a toastie! if ur unlucky enough not to have one it can be done in a grill pan by pressing down on each side until crisp

  5. enjoy with ketchup!
