Step 1:

  • grill off the bacon rashers
  • Step 2:

  • crack 2 eggs into a microavable container and add a dash of milk.
  • Step 3:

  • put into the microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing each time, until u have scrambled egg 🙂
  • Step 4:

  • wrap the bacon and egg in your tortilla folding in all ends so nothing can escape, put on the george foreman until its crispy like a toastie! if ur unlucky enough not to have one it can be done in a grill pan by pressing down on each side until crisp
  • Step 5:

  • enjoy with ketchup!
