Ingredients

  • serves 1
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 sweet potato
  • half a thumb of ginger

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel the orange but the veg skins can be left on. You may need to chop them so they fit in the juicer.

  2. 2. Put all the ingredients through the juicer.

  3. 3. Stir well.

  4. 4. Pour over ice into a large glass and enjoy.
