Plain or Strawberry or Banana.Half a pint or a Pint of milk (More for a thinner smoothie, less for a thicker one)Handful of Ice Cubes(This makes a good blender jug full)Instructions Step 1: – Put Ice Cubes into a blender, break up the bananas and put them in, then add Muesli Base. Step 2: – Add the Yoghurt and Milk. Step 3: – Add Honey last (don’t know why but when I’d put it in first it’s not been as good) Step 4: – Blend until you can’t hear the ice cubes anymore.
