Filling Smoothie for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Big handfuls of Muesli Base
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Yoghurt. Plain or Strawberry or Banana.
  • Half a pint or a Pint of milk (More for a thinner smoothie, less for a thicker one)
  • Handful of Ice Cubes
  • (This makes a good blender jug full)

Instructions

  1. – Put Ice Cubes into a blender, break up the bananas and put them in, then add Muesli Base.

  2. – Add the Yoghurt and Milk.

  3. – Add Honey last (don’t know why but when I’d put it in first it’s not been as good)

  4. – Blend until you can’t hear the ice cubes anymore.

  5. – Serve.
