Filling Smoothie for Breakfast

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 3 Big handfuls of Muesli Base
- 2 Tbsp Natural Yoghurt. Plain or Strawberry or Banana.
- Half a pint or a Pint of milk (More for a thinner smoothie, less for a thicker one)
- Handful of Ice Cubes
- (This makes a good blender jug full)
Instructions
– Put Ice Cubes into a blender, break up the bananas and put them in, then add Muesli Base.
– Add the Yoghurt and Milk.
– Add Honey last (don’t know why but when I’d put it in first it’s not been as good)
– Blend until you can’t hear the ice cubes anymore.
– Serve.
