Ingredients

  • tortilla
  • refried black beans
  • eggs
  • greek yogurt
  • hot sauce
  • avacado
  • cheese

Instructions

  1. 1.) Whisk two eggs in a mug and microwave for one minute.

  2. 2.) Spread 1/4 cup of refried black beans on a whole wheat tortilla.

  3. 3.) Spread eggs over the beans.

  4. 4.) Spread a 1/4 cup of cheese over the beans.

  5. 5.) Microwave for 20 more seconds.

  6. 6.) Top with 1/2 avocado, 2 tbs of plain greek yogurt or sour cream, and hot sauce.

  7. 7.) ENJOY!
