First preheat the oven to 350 f. Then place butter and ½ cup of chocolate chips (you?ll use the rest later) in a small boiling pot. Turn on the stove. Place the pot on top, stirring the chocolate and butter until fully melted and combined. Let cool for one minute. Once finished cooling, add sugar and salt.
beat the eggs in a bowl and gradually add them to the mixture. Mix until completely combined. Pour the mixture from the boiling pot into a metal bowl. Then sift flour into the mixture. Mix with an electric beater on low speed or mix with a spoon. Add vanilla and rest of chocolate chips to the mixture. Stir again.
grease a cake pan and place nonstick baking parchment. Then scrape the chocolate mixture onto pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Take out and check if ready by placing a toothpick inside of the cooked brownies and quickly taking the toothpick out. If the toothpick has any batter on it, place the brownies back into the oven for 5-10 more minutes.
