Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 8oz (225g) skinless and boneless turkey meat or mince
  • 1 onion
  • 4oz (100g) sausage meat
  • 2oz (50g) fresh brown or white breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Mince the turkey ( unless ready minced )

  2. Finely chop onion and sausage meat

  3. Combine all of the ingredients and work together until evenly mixed

  4. Shape into 4 burgers

  5. Cook the burgers under pre heated grill for 15 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides
