By Guest Contributor March 28, 2010 Dessert Preparation Time Cook Time Servings0Ingredients100g caster sugar or muscavado sugar100g margarine150g self raising flour1 tablespoon golden syrupand for the icing,some icing sugar,hot waterInstructions Step 1: 1) mix the butter nd sugar together and then add the flour. then mix in the golden syrup. Step 2: 2) roll into balls and flatten and put onto a greased dish and cook in oven at 180’c for 10 mins. Step 3: 3) take out and put on wire rack ( or a plate is just as good….) nd leave to cool Step 4: Step 5: 4) mix in a little hot water at a time to the icing sugar until its thick but runnyish Step 6: 5) spread onto buscuits Step 7: you can put sweets on top, i put gummy bears on them last time…
