Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup of curd
  • 1/2 tbsp of cumin powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • Crushed ginger
  • Green chili
  • Few mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients in a blender jar, except the mint leaves

  2. Just pulse the blender for some seconds till everything is blended well and the mixture becomes frothy.

  3. Pour the buttermilk in glasses and add the ice cubes.

  4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve buttermilk.
