Step 1:

  • 1. Chop all vegetables into chunks

  • 2. Place Stock Cube in hot water to dissolve

  • 3. Put two spoons of stock in large pot and fry onions / garlic gentle in stock to

  • sofen/sweat (for flavour)
  • Step 5:

  • 4. Add all other vegetables / stock and fill with enough water to cover vegetables
  • Step 6:

  • 5. Add Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Step 7:

  • 5. Bring to boil then simmer for 40mins to an hour (until vegetables are soft)
  • Step 8:

  • 6. Blend (add more salt and pepper if required)
  • Step 9:

  • 7 Serve.
