Chop all vegetables into chunks Step 2: 2. Place Stock Cube in hot water to dissolve Step 3: 3. Put two spoons of stock in large pot and fry onions / garlic gentle in stock to Step 4: sofen/sweat (for flavour) Step 5: 4. Add all other vegetables / stock and fill with enough water to cover vegetables Step 6: 5. Add Salt and Pepper to taste Step 7: 5. Bring to boil then simmer for 40mins to an hour (until vegetables are soft) Step 8: 6. Blend (add more salt and pepper if required) Step 9: 7 Serve.
