Ingredients

  • Pasta – whichever type you prefer.
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Chopped onion
  • 1/4 green/red pepper -chopped
  • Butter
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta as you normally would – do the following while it cooks:

  2. Add the onion, garlic and pepper to the pan with a bit of oil.

  3. Fry off while chopping the chicken.

  4. Add the chicken.

  5. Add the butter and lemon juice a bit at a time until the chicken is cooked.

  6. Drain the pasta and spoon the chicken/butter mix over the pasta.

  7. Enjoy.
