Step 1:

  • Heat some oil in a large frying pan, a wok is better.
  • Step 2:

  • Boil the pasta and leave to simmer, while cooking.
  • Step 3:

  • Ct the chicken into cubes and cook in oil until there is no pink.
  • Step 4:

  • Chop the onions and garlic then add with chicken. Cook for about 5-10 mintues untuil chiucken is cooked.
  • Step 5:

  • Add Cajun, the more the better. i usually add about 1/4 of a spice jar.
  • Step 6:

  • Add the cream and chicken stock cube, stir. and leave to simumer until cream thickens.
  • Step 7:

  • Sprinkle some basil, and some mozarella (small sprinkle) I thiunk it tastes nicer with mozarella bt that is my own taste!
  • Step 8:

  • Once sauce has turned thick ad smells too good not to eat, sieve the pasta and mix in with the sauce, and serve.
  • Step 9:

  • Wella!

  • (This recipe also works well with rice)
