This little cake in a cup only takes two-minuets! enjoy!

Ingredients

  • One large tea cup of your choice.
  • 4 tablespoons of flour.
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons of baking cocoa. (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • 1 egg.
  • 3 tablespoons of milk.
  • 3 tablespoons of oil.
  • small splash of vanilla extract.

Instructions

  1. 1- add dry ingredients into cup and mix well.

  2. 2- add egg, and mix thoroughly.

  3. 3- pour in oil, vanilla, & milk and mix well.

  4. 4- set your cup in the microwave for 2 1/2 – 3 minuets. Watch carefully!

  5. 5- remove cup from microwave.

  6. serve with chocolate syrup or whipped cream and enjoy!
