lightly fry onion in the fat. Step 3:

shape into 6 patties about 1 inch in depth Step 6:
wrap bacon rashers around each one, fasten with cocktail sticks. Step 7:
place on ovenproof dish. Step 8:
put into the oven for 25 mins or until bacon is brown and crispy
