Step 1:

  • Turn oven on to 200 degress
  • Step 2:

  • lightly fry onion in the fat.
  • Step 3:

  • flake the corned beef
  • Step 4:

  • add potatoes, onion, seasoning and egg yolk. Mix well.
  • Step 5:

  • shape into 6 patties about 1 inch in depth
  • Step 6:

  • wrap bacon rashers around each one, fasten with cocktail sticks.
  • Step 7:

  • place on ovenproof dish.
  • Step 8:

  • put into the oven for 25 mins or until bacon is brown and crispy
  • Step 9:

  • finally serve
