Step 1: Turn oven on to 200 degress
Step 2: lightly fry onion in the fat.
Step 3: flake the corned beef
Step 4: add potatoes, onion, seasoning and egg yolk. Mix well.
Step 5: shape into 6 patties about 1 inch in depth
Step 6: wrap bacon rashers around each one, fasten with cocktail sticks.
Step 7: place on ovenproof dish.
Step 8: put into the oven for 25 mins or until bacon is brown and crispy
