Ingredients
- Punnet of Nectarines (soft)
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Ice-cream to serve
Instructions
Half the nectarines and place them faceing up in a dish
Place a knob of butter in each half and load on a spoon of sugar
Bake for 20minutes ona bout 200oc
Serve hot with icecream
