Ingredients

  • Punnet of Nectarines (soft)
  • Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Ice-cream to serve

Instructions

  1. Half the nectarines and place them faceing up in a dish

  2. Place a knob of butter in each half and load on a spoon of sugar

  3. Bake for 20minutes ona bout 200oc

  4. Serve hot with icecream
