Ingredients: 7 carrots; an onion or a leek; 3 tablespoons of corriander, (fressh, ground up or leaves); 2 Stock Cubes; and 3Litres of water; a drizzle of cream for smoothness

Ingredients

7 carrots
an onion or a leek
3 tablespoons of corriander, (fressh, ground up or leaves)
2 Stock Cubes
and 3Litres of water
a drizzle of cream for smoothness

Instructions

STEP 1:

carrot

onion

chop up your onion and carrots

STEP 2:

coriander

boil in the water with the coriander until cooked

STEP 3:

rum

crumble in stock cubes and bring to the boil

STEP 4:

STEP 5:

cream

blend it whizz it whatever till smooth and add your cream

STEP 6:

simple 🙂
