Step 1:

  • 1.Peel and chop the carriots in to small bits
  • Step 2:

  • 2.put some oil in a large pot and add the onions and carrots,cook untill soft.
  • Step 3:

  • 3.Add the garlic and the veg stock and the coriander
  • Step 4:

  • 4.Simmer on 4 for 20 mins.
  • Step 5:

  • 5.When soup is cooked get a hand blender and blend untill the soup starts to thicken.
  • Step 6:

  • 6.add some slat and black pepper.
  • Step 7:

  • 7.Serve with french bread.
