Heat oil in saucepan. Add onion, garlic, bacon and fry for 5 minutes. Step 2: 2. Add beef and fry for another 5 minutes or until it loses the pink colour. Step 3: 3. Stir in all the remaining ingredients. Step 4: 4. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Step 5: Step 6: Serve with fluffy white rice.
