Cauliflower Pizza

Cauliflower base pizza
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- cauliflower
- oregano
- mozzarella
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
- pasta
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and prepare a baking dish with greaseproof paper rubbing oil onto the top and below the sheet
Grate one cauliflower (or you can buy cauliflower ‘cous cous’ from some shops now)
Put the cauliflower into a microwavable bowl, cover it with a plate, and put in for 4 minute
Let the cauliflower cool down a bit then put it in a tea towel and strain all the moisture out (give it a good effort, it’s surprising how much water comes out!)
Put the cauliflower back into a bowl and add a clove of garlic, some salt and pepper, and a teaspoon of oregano. Finally, add about a cup of mozzarella and then mix into a paste.
Add your ‘dough’ mixture onto the baking dish and shape it into a pizza, folding up some crusts if you want to
Bake till it goes golden brown then add the passata mixture and cheese and whatever toppings you like on your pizza. Put in for another 5-10 minutes and voila, a cauliflower pizza!
