Instructions

Step 1:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and prepare a baking dish with greaseproof paper rubbing oil onto the top and below the sheet
  • Step 2:

  • Grate one cauliflower (or you can buy cauliflower ‘cous cous’ from some shops now)
  • Step 3:

  • Put the cauliflower into a microwavable bowl, cover it with a plate, and put in for 4 minute
  • Step 4:

  • Let the cauliflower cool down a bit then put it in a tea towel and strain all the moisture out (give it a good effort, it’s surprising how much water comes out!)
  • Step 5:

  • Put the cauliflower back into a bowl and add a clove of garlic, some salt and pepper, and a teaspoon of oregano. Finally, add about a cup of mozzarella and then mix into a paste.
  • Step 6:

  • Add your ‘dough’ mixture onto the baking dish and shape it into a pizza, folding up some crusts if you want to
  • Step 7:

  • Bake till it goes golden brown then add the passata mixture and cheese and whatever toppings you like on your pizza. Put in for another 5-10 minutes and voila, a cauliflower pizza!
