Step 1:

  • Start frying up the mince and boiling the rice.
  • Step 2:

  • Add a large teaspoon of tomato puree to the mince and stir in.
  • Step 3:

  • Then add a teaspoon of coriander and cayenne chilli pepper. (alternate portions to your own taste)
  • Step 4:

  • When served, mix up the mince with the rice and enjoy. Simple and tasty. 🙂
