- £2 smoked salmon trimmings from Asda
- potato cakes
- soft cheese
- yoghurt
- jam
Instructions
Spread soft cheese onto the potato cakes then put the smoked salmon trimmings on.
put a small amount of youghurt on top and a very little jam on top of that.
Serve to impress.
