Cheap Sausage Casserole

Very Cheap. Made while at uni. Serves 4

Ingredients

• 4 Sausages
• 2 Tins of Drained Beans (we used kidney as they were cheapest)
• 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
• 3 Small Chopped Onions
• Gravy Granules
• Optional:
• To bulk out more we placed sliced potatoes on top.

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. Add sausages and Onions in pan and fry.

STEP 2:

2. When sausages are mostly cooked take out, chop up and put back in pan.

STEP 3:

3. Add beans and tomatoes.

STEP 4:

4. Add gravy granules, i usually do it until quite thick then add bit of hot water.

STEP 5:

5. Place in casserole dish

Optional: Boil sliced potatoes 10-15mins ish. place on top. Add little cheese to top.

6. Place in oven 200C for about 25mins.
