Step 1: I found this works best using frozen spinach =]
Step 3: 1- Boil water for the pasta, add pasta and leave to cook according to the packaging. Meanwhile melt a small amount of butter in a pan and add 1 crushed clove of garlic, heat for a short while
Step 4: 2- Add 50/75g of spinach per person to the butter. Heat until the spinach has thawed and heated through.
Step 5: 3- Now add 1-2 triangles/2-3tbsp of cheese spread (I use darylea triangles) And continuously stir until the spread has liquified and mixed with the spinach, add a splash of milk to thin it slightly if required
Step 6: 4- Season to taste, Salt, pepper and a little dried basil are good choices.
Step 7: 5- Drain the pasta and stir in the spinach mixture
Step 8: 6- Serve (Topped with cheese if you like)
