Step 1: 1. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and chicken for 2 minutes.
Step 2: 2. Add the red pepper and the spices and stir.
Step 3: 3. Once the chicken is cooked through and the pepper slightly softened, add tomatoes and okra. Fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4: 4. Add the curry sauce and stir. Cook for another few minutes until the sauce is piping hot.
Step 5: 5. Serve with rice and yoghurt.
