Step 1:

  • Chop the pepper, mushrooms, courgette and onion into bite size pieces, then fry in a large frying pan until soft. Add the baked beans and stir until the beans are hot. Add the spices and mix well. Serve, add the grated cheese and enjoy! Perfect for a cold winter night!
