Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Margarine
  • 3 tbsp. Low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Mustard
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan, then add to a bowl and whisk with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Mustard, and S&P.

  2. Serve with eggs Benedict or fish
