Cheats Hollandaise Sauce

Make hollandaise sauce with out all the effort and half the time.

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp. Margarine
• 3 tbsp. Low fat mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. Lemon juice or vinegar
• 1 tbsp. Mustard
• salt & pepper

Instructions

STEP 1:

Melt the butter in a pan, then add to a bowl and whisk with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Mustard, and S&P.

STEP 2:

Serve with eggs Benedict or fish
