A Quick and easy pescetarian alternative to lasagne

Ingredients

  • tinned condensed tomato soup
  • tinned tuna
  • 1 jar white sauce (or make your own)
  • Lasagne sheets
  • Cheese
  • (More can be used if required)

Instructions

  1. 1- Warm the soup in a saucepan, preheat oven to 200C

  2. 2- Stir in the tuna

  3. 3- In a lasagne dish, pour about a third of the tomato mixture, then cover with one layer of lasagne sheets

  4. 4- Coat the sheets with a layer of white sauce. Repeat until thee last of the tomato mixture is used

  5. 5- Cover this with another layer of pasta sheets and coat with the remaining white sauce, and top with cheese

  6. 6- Put in oven for 20 – 30 mins or until cheese is browned and bubbling
