Ingredients

1 tin of tuna, drained,
1 teaspoon of olive oil,
1 teaspoon of pepper,
2 tablespoons of mayo,
1/2 a tin of sweetcorn, drained.

Instructions

STEP 1:

Place the mayo in a bowl with the olive oil and pepper and stir, the add the sweetcorn and tuna and stir until it’s all mixed and place in ramekins and refrigerate for a about one hour. Perfect served with warm toast
