Step 1:

  • 1- Preheat oven to 200C, Roll out the pastry into a large rectangle
  • Step 2:

  • 2- Spread the pastry with a little mustard or marmite
  • Step 3:

  • 3- Chop the bacon into small pieces and fry until browned and cook through
  • Step 4:

  • 4- Scatter the bacon and cheese over the pastry
  • Step 5:

  • 5- Roll up into a swiss roll type shape, and then cut it into roughly1cm slices
  • Step 6:

  • 6- Arrange these on a greased baking tray, leaving ample space between them as they will swell and rise.
  • Step 7:

  • 7- Put in oven until they become brown and crispy (Around 15mins)
