Step 3: 2nd make sure all oil is covering the inside of pan and butter is melted Step 4: 3rd crack 3 eggs into bowl and whisk until fully orange Step 5: 4th grate some cheese and ham up until desired Step 6: 5th pour slowly your mixture of eggs into pan and spread round pan Step 7: 6th every so often scrape round edges of pan to prevent sticking Step 8: 7th make sure mixtur is cooked and then put your ham and cheese in middle of omlette in a line Step 9: 8th fold omlette from side to side then tip on plate bif baf bof you are ready to eat.
