cut the panini/baguette through the middle, fill it with cheese, you can throw in a little something else if you likeStep 2:
place in a grill allowing the panini or baguette to cook while the cheese melts away ( better when the breads flattened ) Step 3:
you’ll see it cooked when the bread starts to brown
